Kaleen Marshall is the founder and CEO of The Viaggio Group Inc., a professional coaching and leadership consulting firm focused on helping people move forward along their journey to reach their full potential. In addition to coaching, Kaleen is building anon-profit organization, Bella Viaggio, focused on leading and supporting adults with special needs as well as their parents and caregivers, through critical life transitions. A trained leadership coach, Kaleen studied alongside theJohn Maxwell Team, led by the internationally known and respected leadership expert, and is a certified professional coach throughProfessional Christian Coaching Institute (PCCI). Over the course of her coaching career, she has successfully lead hundreds, if not thousands of individuals and small groups through life-changing growth processes.

Kaleen also applied her group leadership expertise in key management roles at large faith-based organizations including Willow Creek Community Church in South Barrington, IL, Christ Community Church in St. Charles, IL and Skyline Church in San Diego, CA. Kaleen has traveled throughout North America, Europe, Africa and South America coaching and developing leaders who have broad reaching impact in these countries.

Passionate about equipping people to grow personally, Kaleen strives to add value to the lives of those who truly want to make an impact in their business, their own lives and the lives of others. Residing in Algonquin, IL, Kaleen and her husband Wally have two adult sons.
